To the Bottom and Back released this press release announcing their newest route on Broad St.
RICHMOND—On Friday, October 1st, To the Bottom and Back (www.2bnb.org) will reach another milestone in our quest to provide safe transportation around city with the launch of a third bus and the debut of a new route. The new bus will travel The Boulevard and East on Broad Street Friday and Saturday nights on a route that includes stops on Grace, Robinson and Main streets. The two existing buses will continue to travel in a loop from Carytown to Shockoe bottom. All our busses are equipped with a GPS tracking device allowing people to view their progress from the website or from any smartphone. The third bus and an additional route were made possible by supporters including Councilman Charles Samuels, Venture Richmond, HopFever, Club Infuzion, Buddy’s Place, Metro Grill, Banditos, Rocket Pop Media, Lion’s Paw Development, Loveland Distributing and The Republic. Darin Pilger, manager of Banditos, is excited that the restaurant is going to be one of the bus’s new destinations. “We really support the cause of To the Bottom and Back and their message of not drinking and driving,” he said
