Well, RVA, the time has come! Let's all give a warm welcome to The Washington Redskins, as we gear up for the 2013 NFL season.
Favorites like RGIII, Rex Grossman, and Santana Moss will be training hard over the next month. The question we have is, will they follow suit like others who have graced Richmond? Will we find ourselves in the local bar taking shots with RGIII?? Will we hear about Rex riding the famous Panda Bear? Will Moss party the night away with us at The Mansion Room?
It's too soon to tell, so for now, let's get pumped for their first practice!

There's a whole lot of newness going on in RVA! All over Richmond, new & old business owners are expanding, revamping, and opening all new restaurants & bars. Right here in Downtown, we have 3 new spots coming sooner than you think!
The Lucky Buddha is being transformed into what will become Society; an American Bistro with it's eyes set on bringing a new flavor to Cary St. With it's NY style sandwiches by day, & fine dining with creative cocktails by night, Society is hoping to cater to the young professionals living in the downtown area.
The old Southern Railway Deli gets in on the craft beer action! With nearly 100 beer selections available, Southern Railway Taphouse, should become quite the go-to spot for Happy Hour.
F.W. Sullivan's expands it's reach to downtown Richmond by way of the old Blackfinn spot. Keeping with tradition, the new Sully's will boast familiar staff, and a comfortable environment perfect for any day of the week! You can expect the same great menu, with monthly specials from around the globe!
The Virginia Derby (Gr. II), with it's $500,000 purse, is the richest and most important race on the Virginia racing calendar. In addition to being one of the largest social events in Virginia it also annually attracts the best 3-year-old turf horses, jockeys and trainers in the nation, including two champions and three Breeders' Cup winners in just the last five years!
